Webster Mbekeani

Chief Executive Officer
Webster has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Malawi and a MSc in Strategic Management from the University of Derby.

Webster is an all-round business leader with over 15 years C-Suite executive experience and a wealth of knowledge drawn from the fields of Financial Services, IT and Telecoms.

He has held executive position in his previous roles at Standard Bank, TNM and OIBM. Of recent past, he worked as CEO for Select Financial Services.

Austine Mzumara

Head of Technical Services

He holds a Master of Electrical Engineering from the University of Witwatersrand (RSA) and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the University of Malawi, The Polytechnic. He's a respected member of IEEE, Gartner Inc, TM Forum, and the Malawi Institution of Engineers. He has various network technology certifications, covering both proprietary and open-source solutions, with significant expertise in Teletraffic engineering and Intelligent Networks.

Godwin Chimseu

Head of Business and Sales

As a Chartered Marketer, Godwin leads the company's business growth strategy, shifting its market focus from enterprise to mass-market. With 17 years of business development and sales experience, he holds an MBA, Chartered Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing (CIM), and a Bachelor of Business Administration. He's a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), part of the CIM Members Group in Malawi, and holds a New Manager Programme certificate from the University of Cape Town.

Applications and Development Manager
Peter is an accomplished IT professional with over 8 years of leadership experience in software development. He has consistently demonstrated expertise in guiding and inspiring software engineering teams through the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies, Peter has overseen multiple projects, consistently meeting stakeholder expectations. His strong technical background in cutting-edge technologies, combined with a commitment to quality assurance and strategic thinking, sets him apart. He is currently pursuing an MSc in Bioinformatics at KUHeS and holds a BSc degree in computer science and statistics from UNIMA. Known for his proactive problem-solving, innovative mindset, and effective stakeholder communication, Peter is dedicated to driving ongoing growth and ensuring customer satisfaction

Ivor Otomani

Business Development and Sales Manager-Data Services
An experienced Business Development and Sales manager with 11 years of success in driving customer retention. He has a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize them. Passionate about providing customers with excellent experience by collecting information to develop marketing solutions and enhance business operations. skilled in strategic planning, developing and maintaining relationships with customers and market analysis. Ivor holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)

Tiyamike Jumbe

Management Accountant
Tiyamike Malion Jumbe is a dedicated and result driven Management Accountant with a proven track record of optimizing financial performance and supporting strategic decision- making. A dept at analyzing complex financial data, developing insightful reports, and implementing cost-effective solutions to enhance organizational efficiency. Posses strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments and driven financial success.

She holds a master’s in Business administration from Malawi School of Government (MSG), a Bachelors of Applied Accounting and Information System from MCA and Advance Diploma CIMA. A member of Institute of Charted Accountants in Malawi (ICAM).

Gomezgeka Phiri

System administration Manager
A dynamic IT professional with more than 15 years of technical services support experience across MAC OS, UNIX, and Microsoft's client/server platforms. Known for exceptional strategic planning, managerial, interpersonal, and organizational abilities, he has a proven track record of successfully implementing systems from design review to production. He holds a BSc (HONS) in Computing & Information Systems from London Metropolitan University.

Sylvester Shumba

Financial Accountant
An experienced Finance, Compliance and Business Process Improvement executive. Strong interest in developing Best Practice Internal Controls, managing internal Compliance and implementing effective remedial workflows. Skilled in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making. Adept at delivering substantial cost savings and revenue growth through effective budget management, investment strategies, and process improvements.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (UK) and holds an MBA from University of Bolton (UK), A Chartered member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in Malawi (ICAM) and a Diploma in Agriculture and Natural Resources Management.

Tayamika Jumbe

Financial Network and Service Delivery Manager
A confident and reliable data communication network professional with extensive analytical and software experience of investigating, network infrastructure problems, incident management and also knowledge of network operating systems. Multi-talented with technical skills in building, managing, troubleshooting of different kinds of network related systems.

He holds a Masters of Science in Information Technology from Madras University, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (First Class) from Amity University.
